Food Gourmet Burgers

Lingham’s Chilli Sauce/Lingham’s Hot Sauce is uniquely placed to enhance the taste of the ever popular burger. Use a spicy salad dressing (see Salad Dresings section) as a garnish on a burger and the taste of the burger is greatly enhanced.

For improved burgers, marinate the chopped beef or chicken with Lingham’s Chilli Sauce before making into patties.

To make a super duper burger known as Lingham’s Malaysian Special
Ingredients:

  • 1/3 lb of chopped beef made into patties ( around 15% fat content)
  • Lingham’s Chilli Sauce / Lingham’s Hot Sauce
  • Lettuce
  • 3-4 slices tomato
  • Pickle Chips
  • Hamburger bun

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Mix chopped beef with 2oz ( 2 tablespoons ) of Lingham’s Chilli Sauce / Lingham’s Hot Sauce before making them into patties.
  2. Cook in your usual way
  3. Arrange the meat on hamburger and add the usual lettuce, tomato and pickle chip garnish.
  4. Add some spicy mayonaise to the lettuce and tomato.
  5. Serve the burger on a platter with a generous helping of French fries and with spicy mayonnaise or spicy thousand Island as dip.
