Food Gourmet Salad Dressing

Lingham’s Chilli Sauce is made from just chilli, sugar, vinegar and salt. Owing to its natural characterisics, Lingham’s Chilli Sauce is a very versatile product. A range of spicy salad dressings can be made by adding Lingham’s Chilli Sauce to mayonnaise, 1000 Island and other salad dressings.

A range of spicy salad dressings can be made by adding a quantity of Lingham’s Chilli Sauce / Lingham’s Hot Sauce to the salad dessings. The recommended ratio is from 13% to 33% depending on individual taste. Thus a mayonnaise flavored with Lingham’s Chilli Sauce / Lingham’s Hot Sauce will yield a superb spicy mayonnaise dressing; similary a 1000 Island flavored with Lingham’s Chilli Sauce/Lingham’s Hot Sauce will yield an equally superb spicy 1000 Island dressing. The spicy 1000 Island spicy dressing doubles as an excellent dip for French fries.

To make a spicy mustard, add a quantity, according to taste, of Lingham’s Chilli Sauce to mustard.

To make an enhanced tomato ketchup, add 1 part lingham’s Chilli Sauce to 6 parts ketchup.
